Graduating with honors from Cairo University in 1992, he underwent 13 years of post-graduate training, earning a master's degree, a PhD, and board certification in plastic surgery. Completing his plastic surgery Fellowship at Emory University in 2005, Dr. Seify furthered his skills with a fellowship in Occuloplastic and aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Currently serving as Assistant Clinical Professor at the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Seify manages a thriving private practice in Newport Beach, CA. His impactful contributions to the field include numerous scientific articles, book chapters, and medical textbooks on plastic surgery. Recognized for excellence, he received the Sherrell Aston Award from ASAPS in 2007 and the Orange County Physicians of Excellence Award annually from 2013 to 2020.
A President-Elect for the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Seify is also the Chairman of the Board of the World Wide Cancer Network since 2011.
